Scope and Definitions

The Bonus Terms and Conditions (this Policy) govern all promotional bonuses offered by Pkrbet and form an integral part of the Terms of Use. In case of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail over this Policy.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

• Accounts must be active and in good standing and subject to verification where required by our Know Your Customer procedures.
• Bonuses are offered to a single user per physical person, household, device, IP address and payment method. The company may suspend or confiscate bonuses and winnings if multiple accounts or promotional abuse is detected.
• Bonuses may be restricted by jurisdiction; if you reside in a restricted country you will not be eligible to participate. Pkrbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Bonuses Available and How to Claim

First Deposit Bonus

• Pkrbet offers an automatic first-deposit bonus upon making a qualifying deposit: minimum deposit €10; maximum bonus €50; 100% match of the deposit amount.
• The bonus is credited to your Bonus Balance and becomes available for wagering immediately after the deposit is completed.
• If the first-deposit bonus does not appear in your account, contact Customer Support before placing wagers. If the deposit bonus is credited manually, it will be considered the first deposit’s promotion and subject to the standard wagering terms.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

• Wagering on bonuses is the amount you must bet to convert Bonus Balance into Real Balance eligible for withdrawal, as specified per promotion.
• Standard wagering for deposit-based bonuses is thirty (30) times the total bonus amount (deposit plus bonus). If a promotion provides a bonus greater than the deposited amount, wagering on the bonus portion only may be sixty (60) times the bonus amount, as specified in the individual offer.
• Game contributions toward wagering: Slots contribute 100%; all other games contribute ten percent (10%); Crash games contribute twenty percent (20%) unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering activity is tracked in redeemable bonus points; the number of points earned is shown in the Bonus page in your account.

Betting Limits and Wagering Controls

• During wagering, the maximum permissible bet on any single spin or game is the lesser of ten percent (10%) of the original bonus amount or the equivalent of €5, whichever is lower.
• Bets placed using real money funds have no effect on the bonus wagering requirements, except as required by the promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions and the sequence of wagering will be applied to the largest eligible bonus first when multiple bonuses are active; real money funds are exhausted before the bonus balance.

Expiry, Cancellation and Non-Cashable Bonuses

• Unless stated otherwise, you have up to thirty (30) days to satisfy wagering requirements from the moment the bonus is credited. If wagering requirements are not met within this window, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• A bonus may be non-cashable; upon completion of wagering or consumption, any remaining non-cashable balance is removed and cannot be converted to real balance.
• A bonus can be cancelled at Pkrbet’s discretion; cancellation may result in the loss of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Withdrawals and Bonus Forfeiture

• Withdrawals may be blocked or delayed until wagering requirements are satisfied. If you withdraw prior to fulfilling wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited.
• If you withdraw and then reverse the withdrawal, the bonus cannot be automatically reactivated; any reactivation is at Pkrbet’s sole discretion.

Bonus Abuse and Fraud

Pkrbet applies a zero-tolerance policy to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts, collusion or manipulation of the betting system, use of VPNs or proxy IPs to obtain or reclaim promotions, circular betting patterns designed to exploit offers, or other manipulative practices. In such cases, bonuses can be voided and winnings confiscated, and accounts may be suspended or closed.

Promotions and Changes

Pkrbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without notice. If a promotion contains terms that conflict with this Policy, the terms of the promotion shall prevail.

Jurisdiction and Restrictions

Bonuses are not available to players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling or bonus promotions are prohibited or restricted. It is the user's responsibility to comply with local law. Pkrbet may determine eligibility and exercise its rights accordingly.

• All bonuses are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Use and any specific promotion terms.
• By continuing to participate in any bonus, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Questions should be directed to Customer Support; any changes to terms will be communicated via official channels and posted in the account area.
